In an attempt to increase movement in my life I've been walking to and from work - this is almost a 10k/day venture people. This means a LOT of reflective thought. It's actually been an awesome meditative way for me to start and end my day and I have honestly been listening to Leo Islo ON REPEAT to and from. This morning I was signing to myself through the UofT campus getting a few strange looks from passerbys.
