What's not to love about a summer long weekend?! Friends! Family! Sun! Fun! FOOD!

HOWEVER if you are anything like me then you may often find yourself trying to scrounge up last minute food or dessert ideas to bring to social events.  I will frantically scroll my Pinterest feed for a quick and tasty treat; trying to find something that will satisfy my friend's random assortment of food allergies and taste preferences.  

Well amigos... LOOK NO FURTHER! Three ingredients and no master chef required, this is a super simple treat that can easily be dressed up or left as is! Oh, did I mention it's dairy free, gluten free, and *almost* sugar free?

 

Chocolate Chia Pudding🍓🍫:

Dissolve drinking chocolate in warmed almond milk, throw in blender with chia, blend, chill, enjoy! 

Serves: 2

OPTIONAL FLAIR: 

  • SUB: if you want to add additional sweeter you can to taste OR sub out almond milk with coconut cream for added sweetness and creaminess
  • TOP: with fresh fruit, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER
  • ADD: blended frozen fruit, coconut meat, nut butter, ETC!
