Before you start your program, write down the health goals you would like to achieve so you know what you’re working towards. It can be as simple as "I will eat a healthy breakfast everyday" or "I will drink at least 8 cups of water a day."
Starting with fewer goals is the best way to integrate them in your current lifestyle and not feel overwhelmed
Remember good goals are measurable (i.e. not just "I want to be healthier") and realistic!
